For Partners in Support, an organisation dedicated to assisting individuals with learning difficulties lead independent lives, Smiths 1972 embarked on a comprehensive rebranding project. Our objective was to refine and simplify their existing identity to more accurately reflect their mission and values, enhancing their visibility and impact within the community they serve.
The rebranding process involved a thoughtful simplification of the existing identity, streamlining the logo and visual elements to convey warmth, support, and professionalism. This new identity was then extended across all brand touchpoints, including a redesigned website. The website was crafted to be user-friendly and informative, offering easy access to resources and information for both those seeking support and their families, as well as potential donors and volunteers.
In addition to the digital presence, we designed a staff handbook that not only serves as a guide for current employees but also as an embodiment of the organisation’s culture and values. This handbook is a tool for onboarding new staff, ensuring they understand the mission they are a part of and the importance of their roles.
To aid in recruitment drives, we also created Point of Sale (POS) displays. These materials were designed to attract potential employees by highlighting the rewarding opportunities available with Partners in Support. The displays were used in various locations, from job fairs to community centers, effectively communicating the organisation’s need for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join their team.
Through a simplified brand identity, an engaging website, a comprehensive staff handbook, and impactful POS displays, Smiths 1972 has helped Partners in Support enhance their communication and recruitment efforts. This suite of design and branding solutions not only elevates the organisation’s presence but also more effectively communicates its mission to support individuals with learning difficulties in leading independent and fulfilling lives.
